Sabrina Salgado-Go is a senior associate in Quisumbing Torres' Corporate & Commercial Practice Group, Consumer Goods & Retail Industry Group and Real Estate Focus Group. She has nine years of experience in advising and representing clients on various domestic and cross-border transactions, particularly in structuring for inbound and outbound investments, corporate organizations and reorganizations, and corporate governance and regulation.
Practice Focus
Sabrina's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements and contracts. She also supports clients in special projects and transactions, conducts due diligence studies and handles corporate housekeeping, incorporation, and dissolution of domestic and foreign corporations. She represents clients from a wide range of industries, including consumer goods & retail, healthcare, technology, media & telecommunications, energy, mining & infrastructure and financial institutions.
