Markus Sacherer

Markus Sacherer is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Corporate/M&A Practice Group in Vienna and joined the Firm in September 2022. Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, he worked as an assistant to the management board at a large Austrian insurance group and as a junior associate at a leading law firm in Vienna. He studied law and economics at the University of Graz, where he also worked as a research and teaching assistant at the Institute for Corporate and International Commercial Law. From 2018 to 2022, Markus was a board member of the Young Leaders Forum, Austria's largest independent association of young executives and junior managers.
