Rocío Ruiz is an associate in the Houston office and is a member of the Major Projects Practice Group. Prior to joining the Firm, she served as a judicial intern to both the Honorable Stephen Wm. Smith and the Honorable Mary Milloy of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

Practice Focus

Rocío primarily represents oil and gas clients in a range of acquisitions, divestitures and transactional matters. Her practice focuses on upstream and midstream energy transactions. Additionally, she routinely advises clients on the review and preparation of assignments of oil and gas properties and other oil and gas exploration and production related documents and agreements.
