Representative Legal Matters
Represented PEMEX Gas and Basic Petrochemicals in Texas Gas v. Toluca under the arbitration rules of the International Chamber of Commerce. The matter was resolved with a successful negotiation for PEMEX.
Developed analysis, valuation and opinion of the partial award rendered in arbitration to resolve the conflict on the implementation of a public works contract between PEMEX Refining and Conproca, SA de CV, for the reconfiguration and modernization of a refinery in Nuevo Leon.
Represented CFE in arbitration against International Infrastructure Construction SA de CV (CIISA). The matter was resolved substantially in favor of CFE.
