Biography
Larissa Robens is an associate in the Firm's International Commercial & Trade Practice Group at the Dusseldorf office. Larissa joined Baker McKenzie in 2021. Before joining the Firm, Larissa accomplished her legal education at the University of Bonn, the Court of Appeals Dusseldorf and the German Parliament.
Practice Focus
Larissa advises companies on all aspects of commercial law, contract law and distribution law. She particularly drafts and advises on agency and distribution agreements, customer and supply agreements and general terms and conditions. Larissa also represents German and international clients in complex commercial disputes before German courts and has a particular experience in mass litigation cases.

- Advises an international chemical company in the restructuring of its business, in particular with regard to the amendment and conclusion of commercial contracts.
- Advised international clients in cross-border commercial and distribution law matters, particularly in connection with the localization and termination of agreements.
- Represents a German beverage manufacturer in a complex commercial dispute relating to the termination of a distribution agreement.
- Advised a German car manufacturer in complex mass litigation cases.
