Advised SUEZ on its sale of SUEZ Nordic AB and its subsidiaries, comprising SUEZ’s Recycling & Recovery operations in Sweden, to PreZero, a company part of the Schwarz Group.
Advised Tencent on several transactions, including the investments in Swedish game studios 10 Chambers Collective, Stunlock Studios and Sharkmob, as well as Funcom.
Advised Essity AB on its majority acquisition of Abigo Medical.
Advised Eniro on its sale of the Proff companies to Enento group.
Advised Husqvarna AB on its acquisition of Atlas Copco's Light Compaction and Concrete Equipment division.
Advised Accent Equity Partners on several acquisitions, including Thor Shipping & Transport AB, Blomsterboda, Tommy Nordbergh Åkeri AB, Eco Log and Cervera.
Advised Bain Capital and Diversey on the acquisition of Twister Holding AB and its assets from the private equity firm Polaris.
Advised TempCon Logistics, a portfolio company of Accent Equity Partners, on more than ten add-on acquisitions of logistics operators.
Advised Ratos AB (publ) on its divestments of EuroMaint, Biolin Scientific and Sophion Bioscence A/S.
Advised Tata AutoComp Systems Limited on its acquisition of Swedish engine cooling solution provider TitanX from EQT.
