Biography

Andrew Reilly heads the Firm's US capital markets practice in Australia. Over the past 20 years, he has represented Australian and New Zealand companies, underwriters and placement agents in more than 200 offers of debt and equity securities in the United States.

Practice Focus

Andrew's practice focuses on US securities and corporate law matters. He advises on private placements, Rule 144A transactions and US public offers of debt and equity securities. He also advises on US law aspects of bank finance and M&A transactions.
