Jennifer is a Senior Associate in the Baker McKenzie Dispute Resolution team based in London. She is also a member of the firm's EU, Competition & Trade team. Jennifer advises clients in relation to general commercial disputes, competition claims, competition appeals and judicial review challenges. She is a member of the firm's Competition Litigation, Public Law and Business Crime Units.

Representative Legal Matters

  • Defended a global manufacturing firm in connection with a number of cartel damages claims arising from two European Commission infringement decisions

  • Defended L'Oréal in connection with a High Court claim contesting the legality of its selective distribution system for certain luxury cosmetic products

  • Represented EDF Energy and SSE with respect to their joint appeal to the Competition & Markets Authority challenging an Ofgem decision in relation to energy transmission

  • Advised a major financial institution in relation to claims arising from the alleged manipulation of foreign exchange benchmarks

  • Advised a global real estate company in connection with a post-acquisition dispute with a number of regulatory and commercial implications

  • Litigating at the Competition Appeal Tribunal, including appeals and judicial review challenges and civil damages claims 

  • Defended Inflamax, a Canadian clinical research organization, against a Commercial Court claim by a pharmaceutical company in relation to an allergy trial

  • Represented the Hepatitis C Trust in a judicial review of a commissioning decision by NHS England

  • Conducted an investigation into bribery and corrupt practices for a major global corporation
