Biography
Emmaline H.J. Rees is an associate in the Global Transactional Practice Group in Baker McKenzie's Chicago office.
During law school, Emmaline served as Vice President of the Black Law Student Association and on the editorial board of the Virginia Tax Review.
Practice Focus
Emmaline advises clients on various corporate and transactional matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and other strategic transactions.
