Biography

Natalie Prange is an associate in the Banking, Finance & Major Projects Practice Group in Baker McKenzie's Toronto. She joined the Firm as a summer associate in 2016, and completed her articles of clerkship with the Firm in 2018.

Practice Focus

Natalie focuses her practice on corporate and commercial matters, including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, public-private partnerships, renewable energy and infrastructure projects.

Representative Legal Matters

  • Advised a confidential client specializing in investments in the healthcare industry in connection with its acquisition of a Canadian chronic pain management service provider.

  • Acted for a leading financier to the mining industry in connection with a USD 85 million senior secured credit facility with a Canadian multi-asset mining company to finance the development of a gold mining project in Brazil.

  • Acted for a leading financier to the mining industry in connection with a USD 80 million senior secured credit facility with a TSXV-listed mining company to finance the development of a tin mining project in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

  • Acted for a global aviation services leader in connection with its acquisition of two aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul facilities location in Ontario and Quebec.
