Maria Camila is an associate at the M&A practice group of Baker McKenzie. Prior to joining the Firm, she worked at recognized local law firms and was legal counsel of a multinational company. Maria Camila has more than 6 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, as well as in mergers and acquisitions.
Maria Camila graduated from los Andes University as a lawyer and coursed a master in laws in Columbia University, New York.

Maria Camila specializes on M&A and corporate law. Her experience includes advice to local and international clients. In particular, Maria Camila's experience includes drafting and negotiation of share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, corporate documents and analysis of transactional structures. She assists in all phases of mergers, acquisitions and sale processes of local and international clients, including the coordination of local and multijurisdictional due diligence processes.
