Antonio Perry is an associate of the Dispute Resolution Practice Group in Baker McKenzie's Bogota office. He has advised clients in complex litigations and pre litigation matters.
Antonio also has experience advising clients in domestic and international arbitrations under the Colombian Arbitration Act, the Arbitration Rules of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá, based on the UNCITRAL model law on arbitration, and the ICC Rules of Arbitration. In addition, Antonio has advised clients in the drafting of dispute resolution clauses in the infrastructure sector, and has supported due diligence works for transnational M&A transactions.
Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Antonio worked in the Private Enforcement Division of the Superintendence of Corporations where he worked on corporate dispute resolutions. Additionally, Antonio worked as a judicial law clerk in the Colombian Council of State - Colombia's highest court for administrative matters -, where he gain particular experience in public procurement dispute resolution.
