Gerardo has been an associate in the Employment & Compensation Practice Group since May 2018.
Practice Focus
Gerardo focuses his practice on employment litigations, constitutional actions and administrative procedures before labor authorities such as the the Ministry of Labor. In addition, Gerardo provides legal advice for a worldwide portfolio of clients in diverse employment aspects such as workplace regulations, preparation and implementation of corporate policies, social security system, occupational regulations, compensation and benefits structures, due diligences (mergers and acquisitions), employment compliance.
Corporate Responsibility
Gerardo actively participates in pro bono activities at Baker McKenzie with a focus on employment law.
