Biography

Elizabeth Opeña is a partner in the Corporate & Commercial Practice Group and heads the Securities, Hotels, Resorts & Tourism, and Real Estate/REITs groups of Quisumbing Torres. Elizabeth has 18 years of experience working on a wide range of corporate transactions and matters, including public and private M&As, tender offers, securities regulation, corporate restructuring, corporate governance, and real property acquisition and development. She acts for multinational corporations across various industry sectors.
