Stephanie focuses her practice on transactional issues in licensing, mergers and acquisitions, and outsourcing. She assists clients on issues related to the acquisition, development, sale, use, and commercial exploitation of intellectual property and technology, and advises on product area issues, including open source and CCPA and GDPR compliance.
She has experience conducting IP, privacy, and commercial due diligence for global mergers and acquisitions, and drafting and negotiating various agreements, including license, assignment, purchase, non-disclosure, confidentiality, development, independent contractor, software, sales and marketing, technology transfer, asset transfer, master services, and transition services agreements.
