Practice Focus
Deborah’s practice focuses on employment counseling and litigation under federal, state, and local laws and regulations. She represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters. She regularly defends companies in single-plaintiff and class actions before federal and state trial courts, arbitration forums, and administrative agencies involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, leave and accommodation, and wage and hour violations.
Deborah also counsels management on policies, procedures, and strategies to comply with federal and state employment laws and minimize exposure to potential litigation. Among other matters, she advises clients on employment agreements, internal investigations, leave and accommodation, and wage and hour compliance.
