Adam O’Brien is a partner in Baker McKenzie's Tax Practice Group in the San Francisco office.
Mr. O’Brien practices in all areas of domestic and international tax law, with an emphasis on the structuring of international operations, international tax planning, and high-technology tax issues. He regularly advises US-based multinationals and other companies on the federal income tax aspects of a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and other restructurings.
