Jessica Norrant-Eyme is a special legal consultant in the Washington, DC office. Before joining Baker McKenzie in 2013, she completed her training in the international contracts department in the Paris, France office of an international law firm, and subsequently worked as an associate in the corporate department of an international law firm in Lyon, France.
Jessica Norrant-Eyme advises multinational companies on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions in international and cross-cultural settings. She assists US and foreign corporations doing business in and with Africa (especially in the Maghreb) and the Middle East, focusing on local corporate, public procurement, labor, tax and contract law issues. She also advises US corporations doing business in and with European jurisdictions on local corporate, distribution, labor law issues, EC competition matters, global privacy and data protection, as well as banking and financial matters.
Jessica Norrant-Eyme coordinates corporate reorganizations in multiple jurisdictions, and provides guidance to multinationals in a broad range of civil and criminal matters. In particular, she focuses her practice on internal investigations, anti-corruption due diligence and corporate compliance.
