Jenna Neumann is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Los Angeles office and a member of the Employment & Compensation Group. Her practice focuses on domestic and international matters, including domestic and cross-border transactions with an emphasis on mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, and reorganizations. She also provides domestic and international advice and counsel to employers on a wide-range of matters including pre-employment issues, global workforce management, cost-cutting measures, restrictive covenants, and internal employer policies. While in law school, Jenna served as a member of the Michigan Law Review.
