Biography
William Morici is an associate in the New York office of Baker McKenzie and a member of the North America Transactional Group. Will routinely advises clients across a wide range of industries on cross-border and US domestic mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital transactions.
Practice Focus
Will represents domestic and foreign acquirers, private equity firms and public company targets in a broad range of transactions. He also advises clients with respect to general corporate, company and partnership organizational matters.
