Anne C. Miller
Biography
Anne Miller is the associate in the Global Immigration & Mobility group in the Chicago office. Anne represents employers in corporate business immigration, advising on securing employment authorization and permanent residence for the foreign national workforce. She has experience advising a broad array of clients in numerous industries, including: information technology, finance, mining of minerals and precious metals, landscaping, pharmaceuticals, and the production of farming and automotive equipment.
Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Anne handled employment-based immigration matters as an associate attorney with a multinational corporate immigration law firm in Chicago.
Practice Focus
Anne's practice is focused on assisting employers on employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visas with the Department of State and United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. She also assists on navigating clients through the PERM labor certification process with the Department of Labor.
