Dennis Meyer is a member of the Firm’s North American Tax practice group. Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Mr. Meyer served as Attorney Advisor to the Chief Judge of the United States Tax Court. Mr. Meyer has been an adjunct professor of international tax law at the Georgetown University Law School, as well as a lecturer on international taxation at other national universities.
For the past 45 years, Mr. Meyer has focused on international taxation matters and has represented a broad range of both United States multinational corporations doing business abroad and foreign multinational corporations that have established manufacturing and distribution operations in the United States. In addition to advising multinational corporations on their global activities, Mr. Meyer has been the lead counsel in a number of international tax litigation cases involving transfer pricing. Mr. Meyer has also represented numerous corporations in competent authority dispute resolutions that pertained to transfer pricing.
