Ryusei Matsuoka
Biography
Ryusei Matsuoka is a member of the IP Tech group at Baker McKenzie's Tokyo office. He is a certified patent and trademark attorney in Japan. Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Ryusei worked at a patent law firm in Tokyo handling trademark and design prosecutions, clearance searches and legal action against counterfeit products.
Practice Focus
Ryusei’s practice focuses on trademark law and design law. He represents both international and domestic clients across the full range of trademark and design matters, including searches, applications, responses to office actions, appeals, oppositions, cancellations and applications to customs for suspensions.
