Lindsay Martin is a member of the Firm’s Global Information Technology & Communications Practice Group in the Chicago office. Ms. Martin advises her clients on the areas of global privacy and data protection. She has also previously assisted clients with domestic employment counseling and litigation. While at The University of Michigan Law School, she served as a publication manager of the Michigan Journal of Gender & Law.
Ms. Martin focuses her practice on regulatory and transactional issues in information technology, including cross-border data transfers, data security, data breach notification, employee privacy and employee monitoring, whistle-blower hotlines, website privacy policies, behavioral advertising and comprehensive compliance programs.
