Lynda Martin Alegi is Of Counsel in Baker & McKenzie’s EU, Competition and Trade Department based in London. Lynda joined Baker & McKenzie in London in 1975, was elected a partner in 1981 and became Of Counsel in 2003.
Lynda practices in EU, competition law and advises clients in relation to competition law investigations by regulatory authorities (including cartels and leniency), the development of distribution strategies and compliance programmes, mergers and joint ventures as well as state aids.
Lynda has been listed as a leading competition law practitioner in The Legal 500, Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession, Legal Business Legal Experts, European Counsel and Euromoney Publications Guide to the World’s Leading Competition and Antitrust lawyers. She is Special Advisor of the Competition Committee of the Business and Industry Advisory Council at the OECD.
