Biography

Piotr Luckos is a junior associate of Baker McKenzie's IPTech Team in Vienna.

Prior joining the Firm in May 2023, he obtained professional experience as a research associate at the Austrian Research Institute for IT-Law, as a judicial clerk at the Higher Regional Court Vienna and as an attorney candidate at a Viennese boutique law firm with its main focus on commercial and contract law as well as data protection law.

Piotr furthermore gained more than 10 years of valuable in-house experience, in particular at one of the largest Austrian IT companies, handling complex contractual and compliance matters. He studied law at the University of Vienna.

Practice Focus

Piotr advises multinational and domestic clients on data protection, IT outsourcing, cyber security, software licensing, e-commerce matters and telecommunications law.
