Fabian Löw is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Banking and Finance Practice Group in Frankfurt. Before he joined Baker McKenzie in 2021, Fabian spent his legal traineeship in the jurisdiction of the Higher Regional Court of Dusseldorf and passed the Second State Exam in 2020. Prior to joining the Firm he worked as a legal trainee focusing on banking and corporate law for two other international law firms in Dusseldorf and Frankfurt, a domestic bank and a MDAX listed German healthcare company. In addition to law, Fabian graduated from the University of Bayreuth in 2017 with a supplementary degree in business administration and economics.
Fabian advises lenders and borrowers in a wide range of domestic and international finance transactions. He practices mainly in the areas of general banking and syndicated lending, real estate finance, export and trade finance, project finance and debt restructuring.
