Jackie Lo is a partner based in the Beijing office of Baker McKenzie and a member of the Securities sub-group of the Corporate group of the Firm. He practices mostly on corporate finance and securities matters. He is admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong, as well as in England and Wales. Mr. Lo is recommended in the areas of capital markets as well as mergers and acquisitions by IFLR1000 and Chambers Global.

Acted for China Eastern Airlines in the proposed strategic investment by Singapore Airlines and Temasek.
Acted for China Netcom Group in the proposed restructuring of its equity interest in PCCW.
Acted for China Eastern Airlines in the acquisition of civil aviation business in Xibei Airlines and Yunnan Airlines.
Advised on the restructuring and listings of China Coal Energy, China Netcom Group, China Life Insurance, The Mass Transit Railway Corporation of Hong Kong, PetroChina, China Southern Airlines and China Eastern Airlines.
