  • Advising arrangers on securitisations of auto loans (both public and private transactions).

  • Advising US Bank as trustee in connection with a public securitisation deal originated by BMW.

  • Advising a Spanish originator in relation to the securitisation of loan, factoring and reverse factoring receivables.

  • Advising a program advisor in relation to a securitisation of receivables.

  • Advising investors, agents and trustees on a number of pan-European term and programme securitisations.

  • Advising corporates on their receivables financing structure across Europe.

  • Acting for issuers in respect of Loan Participation Notes structures and RMBS transactions.

  • Advising trustee in connection with a covered bond transaction.

  • Acting for agents and trustees on a number of high yield bond issuances.
