Biography
Anna is an associate in the Employment Group in Baker McKenzie's Frankfurt office. She joined the Firm in August 2021 as a law clerk during her legal traineeship. She became an associate in 2022. Prior to joining the Firm, she spent her legal traineeship in the jurisdiction of the Higher Regional Court Frankfurt and passed the second state exam in 2021. As part of her legal traineeship, she worked inter alia for the German-American Chamber of Commerce in New York City and for an employers' association.
Practice Focus
Anna advises domestic and international clients on all labor and employment law-related matters, such as terminations and drafting employment contracts. She also gives advice to companies with regard to mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and works council issues.
