Biography

Mag. Matthias Leeb is an associate in the Baker McKenzie Corporate/M&A Practice Group in Vienna and joined the firm in July 2023. He studied law at the University of Graz, where he worked for two years as a research assistant at the Institute for Corporate and International Business Law. Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, he also worked for several internationally active, renowned law firms and companies in Graz and Vienna.

Practice Focus

During his work as a research assistant at the Institute for Corporate Law and International Business Law at the University of Graz, Matthias acquired skills and knowledge in the aforementioned fields of law, in particular in corporate law and the investment protection law of the European Union. Furthermore, he was employed in several law firms, where he was able to acquire in-depth knowledge in the areas of corporate law, M&A, public law and sustainability law.
