Mr. Lee has a wide range of project acquisition, development and finance experience, and has represented both sponsors and financing parties in transactions covering a wide range of energy projects, including wind, solar, biomass, natural gas, coal and other energy and infrastructure facilities.
Mr. Lee's practice focuses on the energy and infrastructure industries, particularly on the development, project financing and sale and acquisition of domestic and international energy and other infrastructure projects.

Represented a private equity fund in a financing worth over USD160 million for the acquisition of minority interests in a portfolio of wind farm projects with more than 1,000MW capacity from a major renewable energy developer.
Represented an international energy company in tax equity worth USD200 million for a 100MW wind power project.
Represented lenders in the USD213 million sale/leaseback project financing of a 102MW wind power project.
Represented lead arranger in the USD103 million project financing of a 32MW solar photovoltaic energy project.
Represented lead arranger in the USD46 million refinancing of a 60MW wind power project.
Represented lead arrangers in the USD309 million leveraged lease financing of a 205MW wind power project.
