Jean-Marie Le Brun is a senior associate in the Public and Environmental Practice Group of Baker McKenzie Paris.

Practice Focus

Jean-Marie Le Brun intervenes in Public and Real Estate Law, and more specifically provides legal expertise in Environmental Law, Urban Planning Law and Construction Law for national and international clients in their projects of investment and construction.

Jean-Marie regularly advises clients on environmental issues (polluted sites, dismantling of industrial sites, M&A transactions) and assist them on regulatory and contractual issues in their construction and real estate projects (building and environmental permits, construction contracts, leases).

He also advises clients on waste law and extended producer responsibility regulations (packaging, waste electrical and electronic equipment, textile).

Prior to Baker Mckenzie, Jean-Marie was an associate in an international law firm, after having been legal counsel at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London. Jean-Marie was also an associate for five years in a law firm specialized in public law (environment, planning and development law).
