Goran Lazarevski is a senior economic analyst in the Firm's New York office. He has managed transfer pricing studies for multinational corporations on a broad range of transfer pricing issues and in a variety of industries, including digital technology, pharmaceutical, natural resources, financial services, equipment manufacturers, and business services. Prior to joining Baker McKenzie in 2019, he worked at a Big Four accounting firm.
Goran has assisted multinational corporations with a broad range of transfer pricing issues, including documentation, planning and transactions, advance pricing agreements (APAs), and audit/controversy support. He also has experience in preparing valuations and other economic modeling and analyses, including the design and implementation of global pricing strategies as they relate to IP and licensing activities.
