Martin Lazár is a member of the Firm’s Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare and Antitrust & Competition practice groups. He advises on pharmaceutical and medical device laws and related compliance issues, privacy and data protection matters, competition issues relating to pharmaceuticals, mergers and acquisitions, as well as contractual and cartel arrangements.
Mr. Lazár advises on all aspects of European and Czech pharmaceutical and medical device law and on healthcare-related compliance and competition issues. In particular, he advises on regulatory issues regarding registration, distribution and advertising of medicinal products and medical devices, as well as issues related to the sponsoring of healthcare professionals. He regularly assists in negotiating agreements with R&D facilities, manufacturers and distributors. In addition, Mr. Lazár is experienced in privacy and data protection, advising on regulatory issues pertaining to the processing of personal data, handling registration with state authorities and drafting corresponding agreements and privacy policies.
