Dr. Hagen Köckeritz is seasoned in employment law with a focus on multi-jurisdictional projects and transactions as well as reorganizations. He graduated from the University of Halle-Wittenberg and holds a Master of Laws degree in international economic law (LL.M.oec.int.) as well as a PhD. He previously worked in the Firm’s Chicago office.
Dr. Köckeritz provides sound legal advice on German and international employment-related matters, particularly in conjunction with company reorganizations, national and international mergers and acquisitions, headcount reductions and negotiations with works councils. He further advises on drafting employment and managing director service contracts, and assists clients in the management of separation scenarios. He also counsels clients on benefit and compensation matters.
Dr. Köckeritz is member of the Firm’s Global Reorganization Group.
