Victoria is an associate in the Pensions Department and the Employee Benefits Group (part of the Employment Department). Victoria has also completed a client secondment with one the Firm's global key clients. Victoria joined Baker McKenzie as trainee in 2016 and qualified into both departments in 2018.
Victoria is a member of SharePlan Lawyers Group and ProShare. She is also a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.
Victoria has experience in advising both pension scheme trustees and sponsoring employers in a wide range of industries on all aspects of pensions law for contentious and non-contentious matters. She also advises global clients on pension issues arising on multi-jurisdictional restructuring projects.
Victoria has experience in advising clients on all matters relating to employment taxation and employee share scheme incentives. Victoria also advises UK and multinational companies with executive remuneration in the context of corporate transactions.

Advised a global company with the implementation and administration of their share plans which operate across over 50 jurisdictions.
Advised a UK-based trustee client on its GDPR compliance.
Assisting both trustee and employer clients with the day-to-day management of pension schemes, including amending schemes to respond to legal developments, dealing with members' queries and other day-to-day issues.
Advising clients in relation to day-to-day employee taxation queries.
