Biography
Practice Focus
Victoria advises on all matters relating to employee share incentives and employment taxation, including executive remuneration. Victoria assists UK and multinational companies with the design, implementation and administration of their UK and international share plans. Victoria also has wide experience in advising clients on employee share incentives in the context of corporate transactions.
Victoria also assist clients with their employment tax concerns, and has helped several clients prepare for the upcoming changes in IR35 and adjust to cross-border remote working in the wake of COVID-19.
Having spent time as an Associate in the Firm's Pensions Group, Victoria also has experience in advising global clients on pension issues arising in relation to their pension schemes and on multi-jurisdictional restructuring projects.

Advised a global technology company in relation to implementing an internal pension plan which operated across 7 different jurisdictions.

Advised a global company with the implementation and administration of their share plans which operate across over 50 jurisdictions.

Advised a UK-based trustee client on its GDPR compliance.

Assisting both trustee and employer clients with the day-to-day management of pension schemes, including amending schemes to respond to legal developments, dealing with members' queries and other day-to-day issues.
