Winton Kim is a partner in Baker McKenzie's Seoul office and is a member of the Firm's Korea Group.
Mr. Kim has substantial experience representing clients in cross-border investments, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures as well as in energy and infrastructure development projects. Mr. Kim is admitted to practice in the state of California in the United States.

Represented POSCO in the acquisition of a controlling stake in Thainox Stainless Public Company Limited.
Represented SK Group in the development of an aromatic processing plant in Singapore, valued at USD2.11 billion.
Represented POSCO in the development of an integrated steel mill plant in Indonesia, valued at USD2.65 billion.
Represented SK Telecom in the acquisition of a controlling stake in Hanaro Telecom, valued at USD1.06 billion.
Represented Korea Electric Power Corporation and Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. in the acquisition of a 19.9 percent stake in Denison Mines Corp., a TSX-listed issuer, together with an offtake agreement and other commercial arrangements.
