James Kim
Biography
James Kim is an associate in the Corporate & Securities practice group of Baker McKenzie’s Chicago Office. Prior to obtaining his JD and MBA degrees from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and Kellogg School of Management, James worked several years in private equity firm and management consulting firm.
Practice Focus
James advises multinational companies on global and domestic transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and other strategic transactions.
