Biography
Jesany Killam-Michel is an associate in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group, based in Baker McKenzie's Miami office. Jesany advises clients on a wide variety of corporate and securities matters including public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions and investments.
Practice Focus
Jesany regularly advises clients on complex domestic and cross-border offerings of debt and equity securities, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and other transactional events. She has extensive experience representing domestic and foreign issuers, investment banks and sponsors of Rule 144A/Reg S offerings, tender offers, acquisition financings, project financings, consent solicitations, exchange offers, bridge financing commitments and liability management matters.
