Ted Karch is an associate in Baker McKenzie's International Commercial/Trade practice group in the San Francisco office. Prior to joining the Firm, Ted was an associate in the privacy and cybersecurity group of a premier global law firm. He has significant experience counseling clients in US, European, and Chinese privacy regimes.
Focusing on privacy, cybersecurity, and intellectual property issues, Ted helps clients navigate the legal, business, and reputational risks inherent in today's data-driven economy. Ted often works with product teams to create design-focused solutions to novel legal questions, and he also works to negotiate frameworks for new commercial partnerships.
