  • Advised an international research-based pharmaceutical company in connection with a contract for the construction of a new manufacturing facility in the Kaluga Oblast.

  • Advised Liebrecht & WooD on various construction law matters related to the design and construction of an outlet shopping mall in the Moscow Region.

  • Advised Nycomed (a Takeda company) on construction, town planning and utility construction matters, pertinent to the construction of a new manufacturing facility in the Yaroslavl Oblast. This is a landmark project for the development of a pharmaceutical cluster in the Yaroslavl Oblast.

  • Advised Fleming Family & Partners (now Garber Hannam Partners Group), a major private equity real estate fund, in connection with acquisition of warehouse and office buildings in Moscow region and St. Petersburg.
