
Daniel Kälin
Biography
Daniel Kälin is a member of Baker McKenzie’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Real Estate practice groups in Zurich. Daniel graduated from the University of Zurich in 2016. Subsequently, he worked as a trainee lawyer for Baker McKenzie Zurich and for a smaller law firm in the Canton of Schwyz. In addition, he gained experience working as a law clerk at the District Court of March in the Canton of Schwyz. He was admitted to the bar in 2018 and rejoined the Firm in 2019.
Practice Focus
Daniel focuses on advising domestic and international clients in the areas of real estate and corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and restructuring as well as general corporate, commercial, and contract law.
