Eva Jürgens is a member of Baker McKenzie's Tax Practice Group in Frankfurt. She was a law clerk in the Firm's Frankfurt and Vienna office before joining as an associate in 2018. She has gained significant knowledge in national and international tax law matters through her specialization in tax law including aspects of insolvency law and capital markets law.
Eva assesses national and international tax law matters with a focus on the tax impact of reorganizations of multinational companies, banks and financial institutions as well as complex stock transactions. She also advises on procedural issues with regard to financial court proceedings as well as proceedings with the tax authorities. She also handles double-taxation treaty related cases.
