Nathan Jones
Biography
Nathan Jones is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Mergers & Acquisitions practice and is based in London. Nathan primarily handles complex cross-border and domestic acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings specialising in the life sciences, technology and healthcare industries. Nathan also provides counsel regarding general corporate matters and corporate governance issues.
He completed a six-month secondment to GlaxoSmithKline plc in 2020 to assist with the legal integration of its world leading consumer healthcare business joint venture with Pfizer Inc.
Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Nathan worked for a leading Australian law firm where he gained experience across a broad range of corporate transactions.
