Georgia A. Jolink is an associate in Baker McKenzie’s Houston office where she focuses on domestic and international employment matters. Ms. Jolink also serves as the chair of the Houston office’s Pro Bono Committee.
Ms. Jolink advises clients on a wide range of domestic and international employment matters, from pre-employment issues such as employment agreements and proprietary information agreements, to managing global workforces and planning for termination, including reductions in force and performance-based terminations. She also regularly advises on employment issues related to cross-border mergers and acquisitions and reorganizations.
In her litigation practice, Ms. Jolink represents clients in cases involving employment discrimination, restrictive covenants, wage and hour and misclassification issues, and other employment-related claims. She also has extensive experience in federal contractor compliance, including defending OFCCP audits and advising on affirmative action programs.
