Stephanie Jarrett joined Baker McKenzie in 2000 and practises in the areas of trusts, estates, and UK and international succession and tax planning with a particular focus on family and business governance and asset protection structuring. She is the Managing Partner of the Firm’s Geneva office, Chair of the EMEA Wealth Management Steering Committee, and a member of the Global Wealth Management Steering Committee. Ms. Jarrett has been cited by top legal directories and also edits the Firm’s Private Wealth Newsletter.
She has twice served as chair of the Geneva branch of STEP, and is a member of Advisory Board of SATC. She lectures on post-graduate courses at two Swiss universities.
Ms. Jarrett mainly practices in the areas of trusts, estates, and UK and international succession and tax planning. She actively advises families with international connections on the legal, reporting and tax issues of business succession, family and business governance and philanthropic structuring. She also counsels financial institutions, family offices and trustees on strategic reporting, and legal and tax issues, particularly those involving services they provide to clients.
