Sebastián Huertas Trujillo
Biography
Sebastian graduated from Los Andes University with a minor in journalism. He focused his area of interest on labor and employment law, making his practice and being an assistant professor through his career on this topic. Sebastián is an active member of the firm as a junior associate in the Employment & Compensation Practice Group since November 2022.
Practice Focus
Sebastián focuses the application of his professional expertise on labor and employment law and constitutional matters of counseling and litigation. The counseling focuses on hiring people, termination of employment contracts, implementation of corporate and legal policies, as well as compliance with legal and judicial obligations of each company.
Corporate Responsibility
Sebastián actively participates in pro bono activities at Baker McKenzie, related with any legal matter, but focusing on employment law assistance.
