Biography
Kirby Hsu is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Los Angeles office and a member of the Firm's North America Litigation and Government Enforcement practice group. Before joining Baker McKenzie, Kirby was an associate at another prominent global law firm.
Practice Focus
Kirby focuses his practice on securities litigation, complex commercial disputes, class action defense, government investigations, and cybersecurity and privacy matters. He represents a range of clients such as technology companies, food and beverage manufacturers, financial institutions, and individuals. Kirby also maintains a pro bono practice, which has included representing clients in immigration-court proceedings.
