Biography

Tiziana Hongler is a member of Baker McKenzie's Intellectual Property & Technology practice group and Baker McKenzie's Healthcare and Life Sciences industry group.

After graduating from the University of Basel she has joined Baker McKenzie Zurich as a trainee lawyer and subsequently gained additional practical experience working in-house at Novartis Pharma AG for a period of six months.

Upon being admitted to the bar in 2022, she rejoined the Firm as an associate.

Practice Focus

Tiziana advises international and domestic clients on healthcare and life sciences regulatory and contractual matters (including in particular requests related to pharmaceutical or medical device regulatory law) under Swiss law. In addition, Tiziana advises on all aspects of intellectual property law with a particular focus on life science related matters and transactions including collaboration agreements, licensing agreements, R&D agreements etc.
